The POLO Management consists of functions that handling POLO operation such as horse management, chukkas reservation, rental or lessons facilities, contract or agreement letter generation, registration, produce invoices and automatically linked with Membership Management.

In the horse management module, the system records horses activities such as boarding, breeding, foaling, semen allocation and etc. It also capture of information such as lesson tracking, horse performance, training schedule and shows, treatment and veterinarian.
 

Membership management module is used to capture members or rider information and billing structure base on either monthly or yearly basis. It will also create invoices and statement of account for payment collection and linked to financial accounting system for journal record.
